When you email us directly, we receive the information included in your email. The contact form is processed by this website’s server. Each submission is sent by email to help@lottepath.com, with your email address set as the reply-to address so we can respond. A copy of the submission is also stored in the website’s administration area, which only authorized administrators can access.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, the website temporarily uses a one-way hashed (non-reversible) value derived from your IP address to limit the number of submissions; this value is kept for no longer than one hour. The form also includes hidden anti-spam checks. The website does not use CAPTCHA services.

Retention
Stored copies of contact form submissions are automatically deleted from the website after 180 days. Emails we receive and send are retained in our business mailbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by law.
